What is the Used Equipment Forum.
This web forum is designed by MoBo’s as a demonstration of our resourceful and dedication to our customers. The web forum provides an easy way for customers to sell equipment they are no longer using, and at the same to provide used equipment to customers who are in need of a replacement phone.
Get some cash back on the phones you are no longer using and help someone from paying full retail price if there phone was lost or stolen. We even hope to see some nicer handsets on the forum for folks just looking to try something different. Thank you for being our customer.
This MoBo's, Inc. Web site is offered to you, the user ("User"), conditioned on acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein and without modification. MoBo's, Inc. may modify the content or format of this Web site or discontinue the operation of this Web site in its sole discretion and without advance notice. Your access and use of this site constitutes acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.
Selling Rules are as follow.
1.) Forum exchanges are to take place through our store. Download this form> and complete it. The selling customer will leave the equipment with MoBo's for a period not to exceed 45 days. At the end of the 45 day period the selling customer will be required to pick up the equipment or it will remain the property of MoBo's. In some cases MoBo's may offer to purchase the equipment if no other offers have been made after 90 days. This offer will not exceed $15.00 on most handsets.
2.) The purchasing customer must pay cash equipment and will receive a non-negotiable receipt for their purchase. Again, all sales are final and non-negotiable.
3.) MoBo's will then issue a check or cash to the selling customer less our $15.00 transaction charge.
Web Site Use.
The User agrees to use this Web site as permitted by applicable local, state, and federal laws. Additionally, the User agrees not to: 1) knowingly and without authorization, alter, damage, or destroy MoBo's or another user's computer system, network, software, Web site, program, documentation or data contained therein; 2) use this Web site to conduct or attempt to conduct any business or activity or solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law. Any action by the User that results in the blocking of access to this Web site by other users or MoBo's, Inc. will be deemed an unauthorized use.
Monitoring of Use.
By using this system, the User expressly consents to administrative monitoring at all times. The User is further advised that system administrators may provide evidence of possible criminal activity identified during such monitoring to appropriate law enforcement officials. If the User does not consent to any monitoring, the User should exit this system now.
Privacy Policy
At MoBo's, Inc., we respect your privacy. We will not sell, or rent any data collected on our site to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
Personal Information
MoBo's, Inc. collects basic personal information when you register for our Used Equipment Board or contact us via email. This information can be used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest or reply to a query. Such personal information is stored on MoBo's server adn/or computers and is accessed by authorized personnel only.

Used Equipment Listings.
The MoBo's, Inc. Used Equipment Board is an electronic information service designed to promote trade by bringing buyers and sellers (suppliers) together using the Internet. The MoBo's, Inc. Used Equipment Board contains records of used equipment inventory of site users who are making the offer for sale rather than MoBo's, Inc.
All items available in the MoBo's, Inc. Used Equipment Board are sold as is, where is, no warranty expressed or implied unless otherwise stated.
MoBo's, Inc. reserves the right to exclude any or all listing submissions.
MoBo's, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for any and all details, agreements, and terms between the buyer and seller. This includes but not limited to any information, specifications, condition reports, photography, availability, pricing, taxes or duties, or warranty information found at our site, or at any linked site. Each user is responsible for the information contained or not contained within a product’s listing.
No warranty is made regarding item ability or fitness for any particular purpose. Used Equipment Board, the User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in the county and state in which the user selling the equipment resides.
Intellectual Property.
The User acknowledges that this MoBo's, Inc. Web site contains intellectual property that is protected by state and/or federal trademark, trade secret and/or copyright laws. The User agrees not to use, reproduce, distribute copies, or create derivative works of any portion of this Web site including the content therein, or engage in any other action that may violate the intellectual property rights of MoBo's, Inc.
Assumption of Risk.
By using MoBo's Web pages for any purpose, the User assumes all risks associated with the use of this site and its individual pages. No Contractual Relationship.
The User acknowledges that, by the use of this Web site, no relationship of any kind, including but not limited to partnerships, joint ventures, employment, contractual, or agency relationship, exists between the user and MoBo's, Inc. or any of its affiliates or employees.
Jurisdiction.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the United States of America. The User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Pennsylvania, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provision of these terms and conditions. The User irrevocably waives any objection that it may have at any time to the venue of any suit, action or proceeding out of or relating to this Agreement brought in any such court and irrevocably waives any claim that such suit, action or proceeding is brought in an inconvenient forum and further irrevocably waives the right to object, with respect to such claim, suit, action or proceeding brought in any such court, that such court does not have jurisdiction over the User.
Applicable Laws.
MoBo's performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained herein is in derogation of MoBo's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to any party's use of this Web site or information provided to or collected by CNH regarding such use.
Survival. If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid and enforceable provision that closely resembles the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
Entire Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and MoBo's, Inc. regarding this Web site. This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications made in any medium of expression between the User and MoBo's, Inc. regarding this Web site. |
