December, 2011 MoBo's enjoys our last Christmas operating out of brick and mortar locations. Customers who have purchased wireless phone services or equipment will now work directly with Verizon Wireless or any other current Verizon Wireless Agent. It's true, after nearly 8 years of sales and customer service Verizon Wireless has decided not to renew their agreement with MoBo's Inc. This simply means that MoBo's will not be able to offer/activate cellular phone equipment on the Verizon Wireless network. We will continue offering wireless phone and computer repair services, in addition to our existing small business networking services. November, 2011 We would like to thank Verizon Wireless for 8 years of marketing support, and opportunities to build customer relationships. MoBo's was awarded the prestigious NPS (Net Promoter Score) Award in both 2007 and 2009. This annual award is granted to the Verizon Wireless Agent with the highest percentage of customers that specifically recommended a location by name. This means that the total number of MoBo's customers surveyed scored us with a 10 or 9, on a scale system from 1 to 10. Even though our relationship with Verizon Wireless is transitioning, we will remain committed to assisting our customers with honest recommendations for their Wireless Phone needs. October, 2011 Michael Arblaster, President, has completed requirements at Slippery Rock University to obtain a Master of Science in Sustainable Systems degree. This broad area of study covers topics such as energy and natural resource scarcity, climate change, sustainable local economic development, and social equity issues such as the deterioration of the middle class. MoBo's, the company, was conceived with the idea of leveraging technological advancement to support sustainability challenges of the future. Now more than ever, opportunities exist to help customers decrease energy consumption, and increase their understanding of sustainable energy systems, food production, and community as a tangible asset that shares knowledge, resources and helping hands.
