The inception of MoBo's came in 2003 when the company's founders, Michael Arblaster and Christopher Palipchak, began imagining the future of Cellular Phones and Personal Computers. Home computers were becoming more mobile with wireless networks at home, and cellular phones were becoming more powerful and versatile. Michael and Chris wanted to start building the company that would support the technology of this imaginary future. It's a great pleasure to have witnessed so much of the vision come true as smart phones, netbooks, tablets, and high speed wireless modems have arrived.

Today, MoBo's supports small business and home office networks, offers computer repair and training services, and provide wireless phone repair and wireless service consulting. This is a dynamic company that adapts to change. What is the story behind the name MoBo's?
The Motherboard, often abbreviated as the MoBo, is the central meeting place for components such as the CPU (Central Processing Unit), RAM (Random Access Memory), and USB (Universal Serial Bus) ports inside a computer. Without the MoBo (Motherboard) communication does not exist. For us, this company represents the meeting place of people, things, and groups of people and things, sort of like a Motherboard.

In an interesting twist, our company cannot exist without customers. For us, each and every customer represents a MoBo, without which we do not exist. MoBo's is the name given to this company which belongs to, and is sustained by its customers. Customers of MoBo's, our customers, become part of what keeps us in business, and help us to change along with their changing needs.

We are moving forward to launch the first phase of our Small Business Network Support service. The company is transitioning away from the familiarity of the wireless sales business. We would like to thank Verizon Wireless for 8 years of marketing support, and opportunities to build customer relationships. MoBo's was awarded the prestigious NPS (Net Promoter Score) Award in both 2007 and 2009. This annual award is granted to the Verizon Wireless Agent with the highest percentage of customers that specifically recommended a location by name.

Even though our relationship with Verizon Wireless is becoming less cohesive, we will remain commited to assisting our customers with honest recommendations for their Verizon phones.
